The 4th International Conference on Logistics Engineering and Management (ICLEM 2014) will be held in Shanghai on October, 2014. Papers related to the topics of the conference are warmly welcomed from professionals around the world. The proceedings will be published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and indexed by EI Compendex. Total pages should be not more than six, including the body, charts and appendices.Font. 12 font should be used for the title, author and body. Less than 12 font is preferred for the caption in chart. The font of Times New Roman is recommended.Headers and footers. Do not put any information in the header. The only acceptable content in the footer is a single page number.Layout. All text must be single-spaced. Page design should be consistent throughout the paper.Margin Settings. A4 Top 3.5cm; bottom 3.5cm; left 3.25cm; right3.25cm: Letter( 8.5 x 11) top 1 ?bottom 1? left 1.375?right 1.375?.Charts. Color graphics is not accepted because of printing in black and white. Illustrations should be numbered consecutively as they are presented. Each figure should be mentioned or “called out” before it appears. A descriptive caption, including figure number, should be placed directly below the illustration. A descriptive legend, including table number, should be placed immediately above the table.Formulas. All formulas must be embedded in the paper and be labeled when they need be referred. Leave one blank line between equations and text, and between two equations.References. All references should appear together at the end of the paper .References are listed alphabetically by last name of the first author. When two or more references by the same author are listed, year of publication is taken into account, and the earliest work is listed first. Wherever reference is made in the text to an author’s work, the author’s name and year of publication should appear in parentheses.
