Call For Papers

This edition of ITHET will be held in Ever Caparica Hotel, at

Costa da Caparica, Lisbon, Portugal, from 11 to 13 June, 2015.

Aside from the regular presentations, the conference will

include keynote addresses with speakers from both industry and

academia.

Prospective authors are invited to visit conference website and

to submit papers in any of tracks/topics listed below, but not

limited to:

Curriculum: Curricula for key global technical challenges

Pervasive: Higher education as it is changing with the advent

of pervasive information technology.

Virtual: Virtual laboratories, classroom, universities

Delivery: Changing delivery patterns and asynchronous

learning.

Quality: Quality management and accreditation issues in

technology-rich environments.

Roles: Changes in the roles and relationships of learners and

teachers in technology-mediated environments.

Innovation: Innovative uses of technology for teaching and

learning within higher education and training.

Assessment: The impact of technology on assessment practices

in higher education, with particular interest in

support for self- and peer-learning and

evaluation, and the challenge of plagiarism

and cheating.

Special Sessions: Aside aforementioned topics, special sessions are also forecasted.

Proceedings:

All papers presented during the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
