    Global Politics Review (GPR) is a peer-reviewed journal of international studies published twice a year by the Observatory of Eastern Asia in association with the University of Turin. Global Politics publishes high quality research papers, interviews and essays that survey new contributions to the field of international studies, with a focus on alternative and non-western theories of international relations.

    Global Politics Review is committed to publishing high quality research papers and essays in the field of International Studies, including studies that engage with the international dimensions in related fields such as Politics, Economy, Law, Innovation, Sociology and History. GPR welcomes submissions from graduate students and scholars at all stages of their careers.

    GPR’s is published biannually in April and October. Authors wishing to appear in the October 2015 issue must submit their paper for consideration by July 1. They can submit papers up to 8.000 words, essays up to 4.000 words and reviews no longer than 2.000 words.

    The theme for the October 2015 issue is “Perspectives on non-Western IR Theories”. This theme was chosen to open up a cross-cultural comparative dialogue about International Relations by presenting non-Western IR theories and case studies on Asia, Middle East and Africa. International Relations theory is an open domain and we hope to be a vehicle for all those who want to contribute to this field of study.

    GPR accepts submissions outside of the issue theme. These submissions will be selected on the basis of originality, argumentation and prose.
