Prof. LE HUY BA Chairman of The Science - Technology and Education council, University of Industry, and Prof. NGUYEN Van Chanh from Civil Engineering Faculty, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, VNU, and Assoc. Prof. Ahmad Zahedi is Head of Electrical & Computer Engineering, School of Engineering & Physical Science of James Cook University, from Queensland will be our keynote speaker.

C. Accepted papers will be published into a volume of Key Engineering Materials. (ISSN: 1662-9795), which will be indexed by Elsevier: SCOPUS, Ei Compendex, EBSCO and other academic databases.
