    The Center at the University of Central Oklahoma, composed of the Women's Research Center and the BGLTQ+ Student Center, invites proposals for presentations at the first annual Gender and Sexuality Studies Conference, which will take place September 26-28, 2016 in Edmond, Oklahoma.

    The organizers of this international interdisciplinary conference welcome proposals for presentations in a variety of formats that address issues of gender and sexuality in the social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, and fine arts. We invite students, faculty, staff, scholars, and activists to ropose papers, panels, roundtable discussions, and poster presentations. We also welcome proposals to present or perform creative work including creative writing, drama, music, and visual art.
