2016 International Conference on Advanced Functional Materials ●(ICAFM 2016)●2016 International Conference on Advanced Functional Materials (ICAFM 2016) will be held in ︱Anchorage, Alaska, Unite States︱on【August 1-3,2016】. ICAFM 2016 aims at promoting research worldwide and publishes basic and advanced research work from all branches related. Warmly welcome your submission, and hope to see you in Anchorage. For more details, please check conference official website: http://icafm.org/. All accepted papers of ICAFM 2016 will be published by Key Engineering Materials (ISSN: 1662-9795), which will be indexed by 【EI &Scopus】.→Keynote &Plenary SpeakersProf. David Ginley, University of Colorado Boulder/NREL, USA. He is a research fellow at NREL. He is currently involved in the study of the general class of defective transition metal oxides including high temperature superconductors, LiTMO2 rechargeable Li battery materials, ferroelectric materials, transparent conducting oxides and electrochromic materials. In the area of organic electronics Ginley is the principal investigator on the NREL effort on organic photovoltaics.Prof. Lu, Zheng-Hong, Department of Materials Science & Engineering, University of Toronto, Canada. Professor & Canada Research Chair, Organic Optoelectronics (Tier I) Director, Toronto Microanalysis Centre (TMC), also the Member of Materials Research Society (MRS), Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) and Society for Information Display (SID).Prof. Lu received the University of Toronto Connaught Innovation Award in 2013, and Premier Research Excellence Award (Ontario)in 2000.Prof. Zhonglin Wang, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He is the Hightower Chair in Materials Science and Engineering and Regents' Professor at Georgia Tech. Dr. Wang has made original and seminal contributions to the synthesis, discovery, characterization and understanding of fundamental physical properties of oxide nanobelts and nanowires, and their applications in energy sciences, sensors, electronics and optoelectronics. He is the world leader in ZnO nanostructure research. His discovery and breakthroughs in developing nanogenerators establish the principle and technological road map for harvesting mechanical energy from environment and biological systems for powering mobile sensors. Prof. GONG Hao, Department of Materials Science & Engineering, National University of Singapore, Singapore. Dr. Hao GONG is a Full Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at National University of Singapore. He is also the coordinator of the transmission electron microscopy laboratory at Department of Materials Science and Engineering. His research interests include transparent oxide conductors and semiconductors (n-type and p-type), energy storage materials and devices (mainly supercapacitors), energy harvest materials and devices (mainly solar cells), gas sensors, functional thin film and nano-materials, materials characterization (mainly on transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction). He has published about 200 refereed papers in major international journals and a few US patents. →Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:Non ferrous metal materialIron and steelHigh strength alloysMaterials processing and handlingCompositesMicro/Nano materialsceramicOptical, Electronic, Magnetic materialsCarbon based materialsMetallurgical scienceMetallurgical fundamentals and techniquesNew functional materialsBuilding materialsNew energy materialsEnvironmental friendly materialsEarthquake materials and designBiomaterialsSmart and intelligent materialsIntelligent materials systemsPolymeric materialsThin filmsMechanical behavior and fractureTool testing and evaluation of materialsProcessing technology for functional materialsFunction test and evaluation technology for material analysis→Call for Paper【SUBMIT TO: info2icafmyeah.net, or via https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icafm2016】Submission deadline: May 25th; Notification date: June 15thFor more details, please checkhttp://icafm.org/cfp.html→Conference Program Preview:August 1st, 2016 10:00-16:00 Registration, collecting conference materials14:00-17:00 WorkshopAugust 2nd, 2016 9:00-12:00 Opening Remarks & Keynote Speeches12:00-14:00 Lunch14:00-15:00 Plenary speech& keynote speech15:00-15:30 Coffee Break15:30-18:00 Oral & Poster PresentationsAugust 3rd, 2016 10:00-16:00 Local Event/Visit-pending→Conference Venue:Pending→Contact:Grace Park/ info2icafmyeah.net
