    CCISP 2016 aims to cover a wide range of topics in the intersection of Communication, Image and Signal Processing and to provide an effective platform for discussions between the academic and industrial researches and applications. Apart from sessions that will present new research results, tutorials and special sessions will be offered as well. Papers describing original work are invited in the general fields covered by CCISP, with an emphasis on the topics listed below. All the accepted papers will be included in the conference proceeding, which will be published in the volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS)(ISSN: 1742-6588), which will be indexed by Ei Compendex,SCOPUS, Inspec, Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Science (CPCI-S)(Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), NASA Astrophysics Data System,and other databases. Please kindly notice that authors are assumed to accept the terms of the Proceedings Publication License, if an article is submitted for publication in this series. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance, and originality.
