2017 5th International Conference on Wireless and Optical Communications will be held in Singapore during July 7-9, 2017, supported by Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, American University of Sharja, United Arab Emirates, the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), USA.

The papers acceptecd by ICWOC 2017 will be published in the conference proceedings in *the SPIE Digital Library* along with nearly 300,000 papers from other outstanding conferences and articles from SPIE Journals, which will be included in the SPIE Digital Library, which will be included in SPIE Digital Library and provided to the Web of Science (CPCI), *Scopus, Ei Compendex*, Inspec, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic Search, and others.
