The British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS) invites contributions on any aspect of Educational Leadership and Management or which specifically reflect this year’s conference theme: “Unlocking leadership and management potential in different contexts”. All papers are subjected to anonymous peer review and are selected solely on quality. Submissions must be made online using our abstract submission system by 18th December 2015.
