The main purpose of the International Congress on Quest for Beauty in Science, Culture and Arts is to question without ceasing; hope and everything that glows in geographies squeezed between war and peace. The Congress is an international cultural festival that scholars, researchers, writers and artists working in different fields will contribute their scientific and artistic studies.
