The business model in e-commerce that throws into question not do something to curb bad practices, these may contradict as monopolistic practices between countries. Without any security for customers who use their services. Which leads to create different types of scenarios where it is anticipated from the integration of international treaties, legal aspects to bring good finances together. From here we start with the idea of what happens to those schemes where the ubering occurs internationally. Is it possible that with the advent of emerging technologies can be controlled new platforms for secure transactions. The accepted full papers will be published in the IOS series (Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (FAIA)) and submitted for inclusion in many indexes. The papers will be indexed in many databases as given at http://www.frontiersinai.com/?q=indexing

5. Publication and indexing

The conference is technically co-sponsored by IOS series (Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (FAIA)), and accepted papers will be included in some of the major A&I databases, for example: ACM Digital Library, DBLP, EI Compendex, SciVerse Scopus, Web of Science; Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI-S) *, Web of Science; Book Citation Index– Science (BKCI-S), Zentralblatt MATH, Google Scholar.

Authors whose papers have been accepted and presented at the conference will be invited to submit their extended and revised papers to an special issue.
