    Organized by Higher Education Forum (HEF), the 5th Seoul International Conference on Applied Science and Engineering (SICASE) is an international platform for scholars, researchers and practitioners to discuss interdisciplinary research and practices in the fields of Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Environmental Science, Material Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fundamental and Applied Sciences and more.

    2017 SICASE will take place from December 05-07, 2017 in Seoul, South Korea. Prospective authors are invited to submit original research abstracts or full papers which were not, are not and have not been submitted/published/under consideration in other conferences and journals.
