2017 International Conference on Optics, Electronics and Communications Technology (OECT2017), which will be held in Beijing, China during September 15-16, 2017. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of optics, electronics and communications technology. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving optics, electronics and communications technology and related techniques.Welcome scholars and researchers working in the field of optics, electronics and communications technology from all over the world to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation. The certificate will be awarded right after each oral presentation ends.PublicationAll the OECT2017 accepted papers will be published on the Journal of DEStech Transactions on Engineering and Technology Research with ISSN: 2475-885X, ISBN and DOI. DEStech Publications will also submit all the papers to be indexed in EI Compendex, CPCI-S (formerly called ISTP), Scholar Google and CNKI Scholar. OECT2017 will also be onlined available in full text via the press platform.
