The International Congress on Education and Learning is an itinerant event held annually in universities of the world's major cities, in the five continents. In 2017 the congress was held at the Universitá delle Tre Etá (Milan, Italy); in 2016 and 2015, at the Universidad San Pablo CEU (Madrid, Spain); in 2014, at the Touro University (New York, USA); in 2013, at the University of the Aegean (Rhodes, Greece); and in 2012 at the University of London (London, UK). The Congress is a forum for academics focused on the crucial challenges faced by education, teaching and learning in today's world, bringing together local and global perspectives. It is an event that contributes to the exchange of ideas and good practices through the promotion of disciplinary, national, cultural, ethnic and linguistic diversity. The official languages of the congress are English, Spanish and Portuguese.
