It is our pleasure to invite you to the Interdisciplinary Conference on Healthcare and Technical Research (ICHTR-2017), organized by the Manipal University Students’ Research Forum (MUSRF), under the aegis of Directorate of Research, Manipal University; to be held at Manipal University, Manipal, India during December 4-6, 2017. Manipal Unversity Students’ Research Forum is a student body dedicated to inculcate research culture and improve the quality of interdisciplinary research and collaborations among different sciences. ICHTR is an eminent platform of an interdisciplinary conference. It gives a great opportunity to the participants from various disciplines to project their research data and to be a part of interactive sessions with the peers of the related fields. “ICHTR 2017” aims to ignite the young minds to come up with innovative ideas towards the improvement in the quality of healthcare and technology. The conference will feature guest lectures and panel discussions involving renowned researchers in healthcare and technical fields. The conference will bring together the experienced minds with the young enthusiastic student communities of a multitude of interlinked domains - medicine and health sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, basic and applied sciences, engineering sciences, management sciences and related areas. In the current era, there is a necessity for researchers from various fields to come up together sharing their novel ideas, innovations and experiences. In the same context, ICHTR will serve as a medium to interact with healthcare/technical professionals fostering new collaborations through networking events along with oral and posters presentations sessions.
