    THE 2018 AAG CONFERENCE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE WELCOMES SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

    Submissions close 23 April 2018. Please visit www.aagconference.asn.au to submit your abstract.

    The 2018 AAG Conference program will feature a range of opportunities to engage and interact with presenters, delegates and other stakeholders, to increase and strengthen networks, individual and group learnings and improve the experience of ageing through connecting research, policy and practice.

    The theme for the 2018 AAG Conference is: ADVANCING NOT RETIRING: ACTIVE PLAYERS, A FAIR FUTURE

    The 2018 AAG Conference Scientific Committee welcomes submissions for the following themes and presentation types to draw from:

    THEMES:

    Policy, advocacy and planning

    Service delivery and workforce

    Health and medical

    Social engagement and wellness

    Environment, design, innovation and technology

    PRESENTATION TYPES:

    Interactive Sessions (new presentation format in 2018)

    Symposia

    Tabletop Conversations (oral presentation)

    Rapid-Fire Presentations (oral presentation)

    Poster Presentations

    We welcome abstracts from researchers, educators, aged care and health practitioners, policy makers, students, consumer advocates and other experts who are interested in improving the experience of ageing for older people.

    Submissions presenting ideas, critical reflections or case studies from practice or policy, as well as research, are welcome.

    All submissions are double-blind peer reviewed.
