Prof. Kondo Akira, Osaka University, Japan will be our conference chair. Prof. Ngai Weng Chan from School of Humanities, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia and Prof. Orawan Siriratpiriya from Aquatic Resources Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University (ARRIC) will be our keynote speaker.

Publishing in the International Journal of Engineering and Technology (IJET, ISSN: 1793-8236), will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET). Or International Journal of Structural and Civil Engineering Research (IJSCER, ISSN: 2319-6009).
