    Call For Papers - CFP

    The International Semiconductor Conference CAS, an IEEE event since 1995, is targeting not only semiconductor electronics, but also micro-and nanotechnologies (including micro-nanosystems).

    Authors are invited to submit original papers on the following topics:

    1. Nanoscience and Nanoengineering

    2. Micro- and Nanophotonics

    3. Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems

    4. Microsensors and Microsystems

    5. Modelling

    6. Semiconductor Devices

    7. Integrated Circuits

    The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be available on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The program will include a special session devoted to Student papers. The best student paper will be awarded. To be eligible, the paper must be based on the student's own work and the authors should mention their option to be registered in this session when uploading the paper.
