2019 3rd International Conference on Aerospace Technology, Communications and Energy Systems (ATCES 2019) is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). The conference will be held in Nanjing, China from 26 to 29 September, 2019!

Prof. Anatolii Kretov, Nanjing University of Astronautics and Aeronautics, China

Anatolii Kretov graduated Kazan Aviation Institute (Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev), Doctor Eng.Sc. (1999), professor (2002). Now A.Kretov is a professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. Area of Specialization: Design of high speed flight vehicles. He is the coauthor of two books: 1. Z.Wang, A.Kretov. Designing of Flight Vehicles with allowance forheating. Part 1 Aerospace Planes. Kazan. ISBN 978-5-7679-2025-2. 2014. 388 p. (in Russian) 2. G.Zamula, A.Kretov. Prof. Tiniakov Dmytro, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China

He is now an associate professor of civil aviation college of nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautics.He has published nearly 20 papers, 25 conference abstracts, 1 patent and 1 national scientific research project in well-known journals at home and abroad.

Prof. Liyang Shao, SUSTech, China

Liyang Shao, Ph. D, Professor, Associate Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Southern University of Science and Technology. Dr. Shao received his Ph.D. degrees in Optical Engineering in 2008 from Zhejiang University, China. From 2001 to 2003 he was with O-NET Communications Ltd. and Focused Photonics Ltd, as a research engineer.

Dr. Dr. Oleksiy "Alex" Chernykh, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China

He is now an Assistant Professor at the school of civil aviation engineering, nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautics.He has published about 10 papers in prestigious journals and 14 conference reports.

●Publication and Indexing

All the registered and presented papers will be published in the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science (CPCI-S)(Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), Inspec and other indexing organizations. Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.
