The conferenceis held annually in India. We welcomepapers on any topic related to security and privacy.Paper submissionThis year, we invite papers in two categories:- Regular papers, which present mature, complete researchresults. These papers should be at most 20 pages in length,including bibliography.- Work-in-progress (WiP) papers for early dissemination of researchthat isn't yet complete. These papers should be at most 12 pages inlength, including bibliography. WiP papers must clearly identify thegoals of the work and the technical approach, and include enoughinitial development to demonstrate viability of the approach. Thetitle must be prefixed with "WiP: " to clearly indicate that thesubmission is a WiP paper.Papers must be formatted in the Springer Verlag LNCS style andsubmitted in PDF form. Formatting templates are available athttps://www.springer.com/de/it-informatik/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines.The review process is single-blind, meaning that author names will bevisible to reviewers. Consequently, papers do not have to beanonymized for review.Papers must be submitted via the HotCRP instance athttps://iciss2019.mpi-sws.org. All papers (regular and WiP) will be published in the conferenceproceedings, which will appear as a volume of the LNCS series ofSpringer Verlag.
