4th International Conference on Environmental and Energy Engineering (IC3E 2020). IC3E 2020 is co-organized by International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS) and Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). The conference will be hosted in Sanya, China from Mar. 12-15, 2020!

We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit their new research or technological contributions to ICSDGB 2020, for sharing valuable experiences with scientists and students from around the world.

●Publication and Indexing

All the registered and presented papers will be published in the volume of IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science , which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec, and other databases for review and indexing.

Prof. Gordon Huang, University of Regina, Canada

Dr. Gordon Huang is a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Energy and Environment, and Executive Director of the Institute for Energy, Environment and Sustainable Communities at the University of Regina, Canada.Since the 1990s, Huang has led over 150 research projects, produced over 800 peer-refereed international journal papers (with an SCI-based H-index of 56 in Science Citation Index under Thomson Reuters' Web of Science).

Prof. Chu Jian, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Associate Chair (Faculty), School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Director of Centre For Usable Space (CUS), Co-Director of NTU-JTC Industrial Infrastructure Innovation Centre (I3C), Dr. Chu has published over 300 technical papers in international journals and conferences and holds several patents. He is Editor for Acta Geotechnica, Associate Editor for ASCE Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering, and editorial board member for other 7 international journals.

Prof. Yongping Li, Beijing Normal University, China

National outstanding youth fund gainer, technology innovation talents, ministry of science and technology innovation talents of middle-aged and young, national pacesetter project list (was awarded the "outstanding contribution to the young and middle-aged experts"), the ministry of education in the new century talents.Served as secretary general of international ISEIS society, chairman of ISEIS branch of decision-making science and operation, invited chief editor, deputy chief editor and editorial committee of more than 10 domestic and foreign magazines.

Prof. Chuntian Chen, Dalian University of Technology, China

Professor, school of civil engineering and water conservancy, dalian university of technology, doctoral supervisor of "water conservancy and hydropower engineering", director of hydropower and water information research institute. Member of the international association for water science (IAHS), editorial board of hydropower science, and reviewer of 25 SCI journals. It has won 16 scientific and technological progress awards, including three second prizes of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress and eight third prizes of provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress. He won the first young teachers' award of universities and colleges (1999), the seventh huo yingdong education fund (1999), the second first prize of liaoning province youth science and technology (1999), and was selected into the "talent project of liaoning province" in 2007.
