Warmest Greetings from 2021 the 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE 2021) conference committee. We are very pleased to announce that CEEPE 2021 will be held in Chongqing, China during April 23-25, 2021.

Previous CEEPE conferences were held at Seoul National University, South Korea (2018) and the University of California, Berkley, USA (2019). CEEPE2021 is co-sponsored by University of California, Berkley, USA; Seoul National University, South Korea and South Asia Institute of Science and Engineering (SAISE). Organized by Chongqing University.

Papers will be submitted in the CEEPE Conference Proceedings, and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex and Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec,et al.
