The 8th International Conference on Social Sciences (ICOSS 2021) is the 8th in a series of successful conferences on Social Sciences organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management. ICOSS annual conference series was started in Colombo, Sri Lanka (ICOSS 2014). After its initiation, ICOSS 2016 was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka and ICOSS 2016 was held in Bali, Indonesia (ICOSS 2016). The next two were held in Colombo, Sri Lanka (ICOSS 2017, ICOSS 2018). ICOSS 2019 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and given the Covid-19 Pandemic situation ICOSS 2020 was turned to an online virtual Conference. Today, the high standards, impact, and quality of the ICOSS conferences are highly recognized by the Social Science related research community in the world.
