    he Twentieth International Conference on Information Systems Development (ISD2011) will be hosted by Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh in Scotland. The venue will be the new Postgraduate Centre on the Riccarton Campus. The theme of the conference is "Reflections, Challenges and New Directions". There will be a number of new and well established tracks in the systems development field. These will include (but not limited to):

    The language of the conference will be English and we invite research papers and industry project reports and surveys. All papers selected for this conference are peer reviewed and will be published in the regular conference proceedings by Springer.
