2014 the 2nd International Symposium on System Engineering and Computer Simulation (2nd SECS-2014) will be held in Hong Kong, China during Oct. 17 - 18, 2014.2nd SECS-2014 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in computer science and its applications. 2nd SECS-2014 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of System Engineering and Computer Simulation. In addition, the conference will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in System Engineering and Computer Simulation.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published on international journal " WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743- 3517) ", which will be indexed by Elsevier: SCOPUSwww.scopus.com and Ei Compendex (CPX)www.ei.org/ . Finally, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, I would like to invite all the Scientific Community to participate in this project, presenting papers or communications related to any of the proposed areas.
