Welcome to join in the 2019 8th International Conference on Computer Technology and Science (ICCTS 2019),

which will be held in University of Hong Kong, December 7-9, 2019.

For papers submitted to ICCTS 2019, we offer the publications as following:

Publication in JCP. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and JCP editorial board, and

accepted papers will be published in Journal of Computers as a special issue , which will be indexed by DBLP,

EI(INSPEC, IET), Google Scholar, etc.
