1.About the conference:

The 2019 4th International Conference on Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation (ISCTT 2019) will be held on November 29-December 1, 2019 in Harbin, China. ISCTT 2019 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation and related areas.

1. Submit to the EI Conference

All accepted full papers will be published by Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) (ISSN:1742-6588) and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and CPCI for indexing.

*ISCTT 2017、ISCTT 2018 all papers have been successfully indexed by EI.

* Papers shall not be less than 4 pages. The email address is icisctt163.com

2. Submit to the SCI journal

Selected 10 papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.

Journal 1 (IF≈1.6): Topic related to image and video processing.

Journal 2 (IF≈1): Computer science theories, methods and tools; computer and communication networks and systems; computing intelligence, machine learning and data analysis; computer systems and network security.

Journal 3 (IF≈1.3): Topics related to medical imaging physics and informatics.

Journal 4 (IF≈1): Electronic imaging applications, image and video processing and analysis; image and video data communication and storage; image visualization. International Journal of Imaging Systems and Technology

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.

B. Abstract (Presentation only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

C. All submissions must not be less than 4 pages in length.

6 pages)
