    4th International Conference on Computer Graphics and Digital Image Processing (CGDIP 2020) is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). The conference will be held in Kunming, China from 24-26, July, 2020.

    The conference will serve as an international forum for the presentation and exchange of technological advances and research results in the broad fields of Computer Graphics and Digital Image Processing. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit research papers to CGDIP 2020, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world.

    Considering the current situation of COVID-19, the conference committee has decided to change the conference from onsite to online.

    ●Publication and Indexing

    All the accepted papers will be published in the volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series, which will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.

    CGDIP 2019/2018/2017 conference proceedings has been indexed by EI Compendex.

    ●CGDIP 2020 Speaker

    Prof. Shahram Latifi, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, USA

    Shahram Latifi is currently a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Co-Director of Center for Information Technology and Algorithms at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Latifi has taught courses and performed research in various areas including Image Processing and Document Analysis, Data Compression, Remote Sensing, Biometrics, Security, Computer Networks and Machine Learning. He has authored/co-authored over 250 technical articles in reputable journals and conferences. He is an IEEE Fellow (2002) and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nevada.

    Prof. Graziano Chesi, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong S.A.R., China

    IEEE Fellow, Graziano Chesi is a Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of the University of Hong Kong. He served as Associate Editor for various journals, including Automatica, the European Journal of Control, the IEEE Control Systems Letters, the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, the IEEE Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, and Systems and Control Letters. He also served as chair of the Best Student Paper Award Committees for the IEEE Conference on Decision and Control and the IEEE Multi-Conference on Systems and Control. He is author of the books "Homogeneous Polynomial Forms for Robustness Analysis of Uncertain Systems" (Springer 2009) and "Domain of Attraction: Analysis and Control via SOS Programming" (Springer 2011).

    Dr. Andrew Abel, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China

    Andrew Abel received his Ph.D from the University of Stirling in Scotland in 2013, after conducting rsearching into the development of signal and image cognitively inspired algorithms for multimodal speech research. Between 2012 and 2016, he was a researcher at Stirling, working on first MEMS microphone signal processing, and latterly, was a Research Co-Investigator for a large (~0.5 million GBP) EPSRC research grant into audiovisual hearing aids. He was also a visiting researcher, in 2015, based at Anhui University in Hefei, focusing on image processing. He is currently a lecturer at Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University, with active interest in image processing, machine learning, speech processing, and other cognitively inspired speech research.
