    Due to health concerns and associated travel restrictions being put in place in view of the COVID-19 coronavirus,The organizing committee of ICBICC 2020 has made to decision to change ICBICC 2020 to an online conference during same dates on October 9-11, 2020. The conference was originally scheduled to be held at Tokyo Metropolitan University Akihabara Satellite Campus in Tokyo, Japan.
