    ABOUT THE BOOK

Advances of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing in Smart Agro-Business Industry will demonstrate the application of intelligent algorithms in various branches of agriculture like farming, food and beverage production, supply chain management, inventory management, production management, business, finance, accounting, marketing and economics, where uncertainty, unpredictable and complexities are significant challenges in prevailing big-data and ill-posed problems. The book includes topics such as agriculture, food technology, robust food-innovation ecosystems, food-beverage industry, seafood business, “canned fish”- an enhanced hybrid swarm-based optimization algorithm, applying smart evolutionary algorithms next to classical mathematical methods to design solutions for real-world, so far unsolved applications, and so much more. On the other hand, food and cuisine are an “Art” and a “Culture”, too. The book will also discuss ongoing changes in lifestyle, in cultures of cuisine, food and nutrition, what these changes and paradigm shifts mean and how to respond to them.

Advances of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing in Smart Agro-Business Industry aims to be an important reference source for practitioners, managers, scientists, researchers, academicians, natural scientist, applied mathematicians, statisticians, and post-graduates seeking recent advancements in smart Agro business and food beverage industries and their corresponding application in the real world.
