    The 2011 International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP 2011), organized by Harbin Institute of Technology, will be held in the popular summer resort city Harbin in northeastern China . ICICIP 2011 aims to provide a broad international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators working in the areas of information and control to discuss state-of-the-art science and technologies, and their applications in diverse areas. The conference will feature plenary speeches given by worldwide renowned scholars and some special sessions focused on some popular topics.

    Procedures : Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in any of the technical areas listed above. All papers should be written in English and prepared in two-column with length of maximum 8 pages. The ICICIP 2011 program committee will select high-quality papers for oral or poster presentation based on reviews. All accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of ICICIP 2011 to be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed in EI Compendex.
