    The Second International Workshop on Recent Innovations and Breakthroughs in Cryptography ( RIBC 2011 ), to be held in conjunction with “Fifth International Conference on Broadband and Wireless Computing, Communication and Applications (BWCCA 2011)”, aims at bringing together researchers to present and discuss emerging ideas and trends in this highly challenging research field to preserve our digital society. Papers presenting original research on theoretical aspects of cryptography and its applications are sought.
