The Second IEEE International Workshop on Wireless Network Algorithm and Theory(IEEE WiNA-09)Macau SAR, China, October 12, 2009http://wina2009.csie.chu.edu.tw/(Co-located with The Sixth IEEE International Conference on Mobile Ad-hoc andSensor Systems, IEEE MASS 2009)The Second IEEE International Workshop on Wireless Networks Algorithm andTheory (WiNA-09), as an international workshop, is devoted to deeperunderstanding in the algorithms and fundamental problems of wireless networksincluding mobile ad hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, vehicularad hoc networks, underwater sensor networks, and all kinds of wirelessnetworks. The workshop is intended to encourage cooperation among researchersin wireless networking algorithms, and push the theoretical and practicalresearch forward for a deeper understanding in the fundamental algorithm,modeling theory, and analysis techniques of wireless networks.All submissions must describe original research, not published orcurrently under review for another workshop, conference, or journal. WiNA-09is in conjunction with The Sixth IEEE International Conference on Mobile Ad-hoc and Sensor Systems (IEEE MASS 2009) and all accepted papers will bepublished in IEEE Explore and included in EI index. Accepted papers must notexceed six single-spaced, double-column pages using 10 pt size fonts on 8.5?11 inch pages in IEEE style format.
