The 2009 International Conference on Computer Engineering & Systems (ICCES 09) will take place in Cairo, Egypt on December 14-16, 2009. The conference websit is http://www.iceec.org.The aim of the conference is to gather the researchers from academia and industry from all over the world in Computer Engineering and Systems to discuss the recent developments and progress in these fields.Authors are welcomingly invited to submit original and unpublished papers in the following tracks:1. Computer Architecture and Computer Aided Design2. Embedded Systems and HW/SW Co-Design3. Networks-on-Chip and Systems-on-Chip4. Computer Networks and Security5. Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing6. Power-aware systemsPapers Submission: Blind peer reviewing will be applied to each paper by atleast two referees. Authors are requested to submit electronically fullarticles (six pages at most) in double column format, including: Paper titleand abstract, through http://www.iceec.org. Both Word and PDF formats areaccepted.
