The aim of the conference is to gather the researchers from academia and industry from all over the world in Computer Engineering and Systems to discuss the recent developments and progress in these fields.

Authors are welcomingly invited to submit original and unpublished papers in the following tracks:

10. Signal Processing

11. Modeling and Simulation

12. Control Systems and Robotics

13. AI and Evolutionary Computing

14. Reliability Engineering and Fault Tolerance

15. Power-aware systems

Papers Submission: Blind peer reviewing will be applied to each paper by at

least two referees. Authors are requested to submit electronically full

articles (six pages at most) in double column format, including: Paper title

and abstract, through http://www.iceec.org. Both Word and PDF formats are

accepted. Correspondences are to be sent to icces09iceec.org.
