The 1st International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2008) has been held successfully in Phuket, Thailand during Dec. 20-22, 2008. The 2nd International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2009) is sponsored and co-organized by Singapore Institute of Electronics and Ain Shams University, and will be held in Dubai, UAE on 28 - 30 December 2009. The aim objective of ICCEE 2009 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
