The emerging applications such as Next gen TV,Virtual Internet, interactive Games, Enterprise collaboration, HealthServices, etc. benefit from rich multi-media content in an effectiveway. This workshop will provide a forum for researcher and systemengineers, to share knowledge and innovations emerging in thenetworking and service delivery architectures for driving the nextgeneration Rich media services.WISARD - WIreless Systems: Advanced Research and DevelopmentThe Wisard workshop covers the area of wireless network systems, services, and applications. It focuses on the MAC layer issues (802.11series), cross-layer techniques between physical, MAC, and networklayers, power management techniques, sensor networks, and mobility andlocation management. This workshop will be useful for wireless networkpractitioners and engineers working in industries, universities, andcorporate offices.IAMCOM - Intelligent Networks: Adaptation, Communication & ReconfigurationThe IAMCOM workshop covers the area of intelligent networking incontemporary settings to enable QoS adaptations and rich communications.Unlike the intelligent networks of the 1990's which focused exclusivelyon telecom network signaling, this workshop recasts the intelligentnetworking as a holistic approach to the design of distributed networkedsystems by considering the cross-layer interactions between the variousunits of a network system. A wide range of application areas benefitfrom the use of intelligent techniques: QoS in data netwoks, automotivesystems control, geo-spatial resource management, and emergency-responsenetworks.NGIntW - Next Generation InternetworkingThe NextGen Internet workshop focuses on where the current internetcommunication protocols are today and how they should change toaccommodate the growth of internet users in the next decade. Itoffers a forum for discussing a wide range of topics: from theclassical internet models to the Future Internet architecures(such as the Geni in USA and other European efforts). Topics thatare of covered are voice over IP, IPv4 vs IPv6, bandwidth management, and the next generation architectures. The Internet designers andmanagers will find this workshop quite useful.WIPCom - Wireless IP Communication: Technologies, Network & MobilityArchitectures, Applications and TrendsRecent advances in wireless technologies, including the emergence of3G/4G, fixed mobile convergence, rich media (web 2.0) applications andfemto/pico cells, are bringing about new paradigms of mobilecommunication. This workshop aims to address new and work in progressin technologies, architectures, applications and trends in wirelessmobile communication. The workshop will feature regular papers, posters and invited talks.
