Third International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP 2012), organized by Dalian University of Technology, will be held in the popular summer resort city Dalian in northeastern China during July,15-17,2012, as a sequel to ICICIP 2010 in Dalian and ICICIP 2011 in Harbin. ICICIP 2012 aims to provide a broad international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators working in the areas of information and control to discuss state-of-the-art sciences and technologies, and their applications in diverse areas.
