Company, campus and community networks are important infrastructures for business, education, research and social activity now. It is impossible to do such activities without these networks. Operators, administrators and managers of these networks are struggling to construct the networks, keep quality and performance, fix or improve the networks if there are troubles, train users, cope with requests from users, keep the networks safe. These efforts are still hard and challenging, and many issues should be solved by company, campus and community itself. This workshop is

Technology, knowledge and technique for management are important key elements to solve the issues, and requirements make new technologies.
