Company, campus and community networks are important infrastructures for business, education, research and social activity now. It is impossible to do such activities without these networks. These networks have to be robust, reliable, fast, convenient and safe. Operators, administrators and managers of these networks are struggling to construct the networks, keep quality and performance, fix or improve the networks if there are troubles, train users, cope with requests from users, keep the networks safe. These efforts are still hard and challenging, and many issues should be solved by company, campus and community itself. This workshop is

a forum for the operators, administrators, managers and researchers who are in charge of these networks. Technology, knowledge and technique for management are important key elements to solve the issues, and requirements make new technologies. Ethics is also an important key element to protect privacy, and security, improve efficiency of network systems, reduce costs of system operation.
