Call For Papers - CFP
Organizer:Mr. Satoshi TakahashiUniversity of Tsukuba, 1-1-1 Tennoudai, Tsukuba, Ibaraki, 3058573, JapanTel: +81-29-853-5395Fax: +81-29-853-5395E-mail: takahashi2007e-activity.orghttp://mmde.is.kit.ac.jp/SNPD2012Purpose:Optimization approaches are very important topic for Information Science researches. Recently, many company try to reduce several cost occurred by production, transportation and employment. The company employs the optimization approach to solve their problems by using information technologies. Scheduling problems, product managements are one of typical problems treated by optimization research area. Since their problems are very hard problems, we should consider how to solve efficiently by using usual computer. This topic has not only theoretical aspect, but also practical aspect. This special session aim to discuss about how to use optimization method with practical or theoretical approaches for real system such as economic activities, production activities and other actual situations of real world. Also this special session gathers young researchers' research results. Many conference does not organize a young researcher session, however, we think this session is very important to give a precious opportunity to discuss recent topic of the research with each other. So we think this session make some good suggestions to solve the problem by discussing.
