    From 12 to September 14, 2012 will be held at the headquarters of Research University (SIU) at the University of Antioquia the XVII Symposium on Signal Processing, Image and Vision STSIVA 2012. This version will be organized in association with the Metropolitan Institute of Technology (ITM) and the University of Antioquia. This event is supported by the Colombian Society of Signal Processing and Chapter of the Society of the IEEE Signal Processing Section Colombia.

    Purpose of Symposium

    exchange of academic and research experience in signal processing, imaging and machine vision in a space that allows the state of the art review and updating of methods, techniques and applications used in different subject areas, both nationally and in internationally.

    - Notification of Acceptance of abstracts: April 21, 2012

    - Paper submission: June 15, 2012

    - Notification of paper acceptance: July 6, 2012

    - Submission of final version of Articles: August 10, 2012
