    Call For Papers - CFP

    GENERAL INFORMATION

The 2013 36th International Conference on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (TSP), which is organized for, but not limited to, young academics, researchers and developers from different branches of telecommunication technology and signal processing, will be held during July 2-4, 2013, Rome, Italy. The first Call-for-Papers is available at http://tsp.vutbr.cz/documents/TSP2013_CfP.pdf .

The aim of the conference is to bring together both novice and experienced scientists and developers, to meet new colleagues, collect new ideas and establish new cooperation between research groups. The conference originally started as a Central European initiative but recently we have had participants from Universities and Research Centers from the whole Europe and also from Asia, America and Africa.

    CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS

Prospective Organizers are invited to submit proposals for Special Sessions at TSP 2013. Proposals are due through the form below by December 1, 2012. For a Special Session proposal to be considered for acceptance at TSP 2013, the proposed topic needs to be an emerging area in telecommunications or signal processing, which is not yet covered in the regular sessions. The topic should be timely and significantly important to the technical audience, and the speakers need to convey compelling information about the topic. More information are at http://tsp.vutbr.cz/?page_id=1531.

    PROCEEDINGS AND SPECIAL ISSUES

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings issued on a CD-ROM. The TSP Proceedings will be indexed and abstracted in the IEEE Xplore® (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/), SCOPUS (http://www.scopus.com/), DBLP (http://www.informatik.uni-trier.de/~ley/db/index.html), and Google Scholar (http://scholar.google.com/) databases and indexed by the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of Thomson Reuters (http://isiknowledge.com/), where the proceedings of TSP 2008, TSP 2009, TSP 2010, and TSP 2011 are also available (see TSP History on the website).

After the conference, selected papers will also be published in special issues of international journals.
