2013 4th IEEE International Conference on Emergency Management and Management Sciences (ICEMMS 2013) will be held on August 8~10, 2013 in Beijing, China. The conference is sponsored by IEEE,IEEE Beijing Section.This conference will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Management Sciences and Emergency Management. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Emergency Management and Management Sciences . All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
