    All papers of ICFSN 2014 will be published in the Volume of Journal ( IPCBEE, ISSN: 2010-4618), and all papers will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Geobase(Elsevier), CABI, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, EBSCO, CNKI, WorldCat, Google Scholar, Cross ref and sent to be reviewed by Compendex and ISI Proceedings.

    One Excellent Paper will be selected from each oral session. The Certificate for Excellent Papers will be awarded in the Dinner Banquet on March 30, 2014.
