2014 International Conference on Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (ICCSAI 2014) will be held on December 20, 2014?December 21, 2014 in Wuhan, Hubei, China. ICCSAI 2014 is the platform for the presentation of top and latest research results in global scientific areas. The conference aims to provide a high level international forum for researcher, engineers and practitioners to present and discuss recent advances and new techniques in computer science and artificial intelligence. It also serves to foster communications among researcher, engineers and practitioners working in a common interest in improving computer science, artificial intelligence and the related fields. ICCSAI 2014 conference proceedings will be published by DEStech Publications. DEStech will submit the CD-ROM to EI and ISTP for worldwide online citation of qualified papers. Excellent papers will be published on EI OR SCI journals.All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. Submitted papers must be written in English. Each paper should be at least 4 pages. Shorter papers should not be included in the proceedings.
