    ICHRM 2014 Conference Overview

    On behalf of Conference Organizing Committee, it is our great privilege to invite you to the International Conference on Human Resource Management and Development- ICHRM 2014 to be held on 04th & 05th November 2014 in Colombo (Hotel Galadari), Sri Lanka. We would like to invite Researchers, Scholars and practitioners from all around the world to be a part of this conference. The Conference will be organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM).

    The conference will focus on number of interesting areas including Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development & Leadership, Contemporary issues in HRD, Learning, Training and Development, Employee and Labor Relations. This conference will bring together researchers, scholars, academicians, practitioners and experts from all around the world to present their studies. Hopefully this association will trigger some new insights and ideas in these areas of research. We are looking forward to excellent contributions and presentations.
