    Call For Papers - CFP

Refactoring is a process of improving a computer program by reorganizing its internal structure. For the development of memoQ 6, we are doing a lot of refactoring ? analyzing and optimizing the main areas within the tool. We are doing this because we believe that an improved core will allow you to achieve even more with our software. Whether you are a large buyer of translation, an LSP, or a translator, this process of analyzing and optimizing can lead to a better, more cost effective process. memoQfest 2012 will focus on this and how, in particular, Kilgray’s technology can be used to refactor your translation business.

We welcome proposals on the following topics:

Using automation to deal with shrinking budgets and rising volumes

    Corporate translation management

Beyond team translation - how to increase companies' ROI?

Using technology to accept more work and get more profit doing the work you are already doing

We would also welcome proposals for case studies on the following topics:

    Multimedia localization

    Website localization

    Games localization

    Innovative workflows

    Processing complex jobs with memoQ

    Other memoQ use cases

Submission deadline for the proposals is 23 January 2012.
