    Call For Papers - CFP

From new programmes for financial inclusion and data analytics, to mobile account delivery and information, retail banking in Asia is set for significant development in 2015. Yet retail banks will need to continue to innovate even faster, as new market entrants offer an increasingly vast array of innovative new services.

This is why Efma is taking the initiative of this first Pan-Asian Retail Banking Summit that will gather next fall in Singapore all Heads of Retail Banking from the region and their colleagues in charge of strategy, innovation and business development.

Efma summits are high-level meetings of peers who can exchange and learn from each other far from the commercial pressure. Consultancies will contribute to pre-conference content-focused workshops and only bankers will take the floor during the conference itself. The main issues discussed will include:

    Distribution networks

? The pros and cons of various models, including branch networks, ATMs and remote access via mobile

? Combining different channels and finding the best options for a high growth environment

? Partnerships with retail groups to provide basic services in small cities or villages

    Cultivating innovation

    ? Developing a customer-centric approach to innovation

? Nurturing an innovation culture through recruitment, training, incentives and challenges

? Leveraging existing assets (brand, trust, customer data, etc.) and inventing new business models
