    Accepted papers will be submitted for publication by IEEE Xplore.

    Accepted papers (Extended versions) will be published in well-respected Journals .

    Conference Topics :

    -Cloud and Distributed Computing Track; this track involves the research in the fields of cloud computing and distributed networks including (but not limited to) Cloud Computing architectures for utility computing, big-data solutions, Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and highly scalable and resilient commodity hardware, and much more..

    -Mobile Computing Track ; this track includes the new and novel research in the fields of mobile computing , Wireless Networks, transportation networks and any other related topics.

    -Natural Language Processing Track; this track embraces innovative ideas in the field of natural language processing including (but not limited to) NL representation, syntax and semantics , models, standardization, ontology , BioNLP, and applications.

    -Computational Intelligence Track; this track accepts papers on the field of computational intelligence including (but not limited to) the research in the recent issues in the fields of Fuzzy logic, AI techniques, science and knowledge mining, Web intelligence and semantic web, Agents and multiagent systems, Machine learning in knowledge-based systems, and smart applications.

    -Computers for People with Disabilities Track; this is a very important track that targets research on helping the disabled people to merge into the community without barriers. Some of the topics that are in the interest of this track (but not limited to) are helping disabled persons in reading and writing documents, communicating with others, searching for information on the Internet, and allowing students and employees with disabilities to be capable of handling a wider range of activities independently.

    -Software Engineering Research Track; this track is intended to have new articles in the field of software engineering including (but not limited to) issues, modelling, and new aspects of software engineering.

    -Social Media Research Track ; this track aims to attract research in social media including (but not limited to) creativity and participation in social media, the political economy of social media, social media industry, policy, and business models, and effect of social media on people behaviour, application of social media, social movements and activism using social media.

    -Hajj and Umra Research Track; this track is designated to Hajj (pilgrims) research including issues, problems and suggested solutions. The aim of this track is to collect and discuss of the new and novel ideas that makes Hajj more easier on pilgrims as well as serve the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to find novel ideas to the Hajj challenges.

    -General Track; the author can submit his/her work to the general track if he/she sees that their work does not fit one of the other tracks.
