AFRICON, the top-event of IEEE in Africa, is a forum forprofessionals, academia and industry to exchange ideas, present their newestresearch findings and to network. Accepted papers will be published inan IEEE proceedings volume that will be indexed by EI and IEEExplore, andavailable at the time of the conference. The deadline for submission of a fullpaper is March 2009.
