The aim of the ICCCE conference series is to provide a forum for laying the foundations of a new principled approach to Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. To this end, the meeting aims to attract participants with different backgrounds, to foster cross-pollination between different research fields, and to expose and discuss innovative theories, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and applications. The ICCCE 2010 is Co-sponsored by Asia-Pacific Chemical, Biological & Environmental Engineering Society (APCBEES), IEEE and International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT). Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.ICCCE 2010 will be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, and all papers in the proceedings will be listed in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Thomson ISI and INSPEC.Keywords: Accepted papers list.
